You may as well throw out those plastic guitars because this is a game where you will not need one at any time. The great thing about this one is that you need no large spaces to play it in and no plastic guitar. Which game is it that is being mentioned here?

The game is of course Brutal Legend, this game is actually set around the classic rock album covers and the main guy is voiced by the funny man Jack Black. This is no game for kids, not by any means as this game comes with an 18 certificate plastered on the front of it even though you do have an option at the start of the game to take out the swearing. Not sure why anyone would do this, then again perhaps if you are playing it in front of children without the swearing it may actually be an acceptable game.

of course an 18 certificate isnt just about the swearing, there is a lot of violence in this game and however fun it may be, do not let your kids play it. There is actually a multiplayer aspect to this game and it is not what might pop into the head at first. This is actually slightly different to the majority of the single player game as it is based a bit on strategy more than anything as you have to spawn your army and send them and yourself to take over the enemys “stage”.

The weapons in the game include a gigantic battle axe and one of those awesome looking guitars that you see in classic rock. It is not really based on one of those Bass Guitars or Acoustic Guitars but is a combination of all things rock.

It is not just Jack Black that has been involved in this game other stars include Lita Ford, Tim Curry and the prince of darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne. This game really does have a brilliant and gripping storyline that contains many funny moments.
