Reasons Why You Will Love Nintendo Dsi
In 2004, Nintendo released the original Nintendo DS. Just two years later, the Nintendo DS Lite debuted and was better than the original by far. Since its original release, the Nintendo DS has gone on to sell more than 100 million units worldwide. On November 1, 2008, the DSi was released in Japan, in matte black and matte white. April 2, 2009 release in Australia and New Zealand, and its April 3 release in Europe, featured these same colors. The third iteration of the world’s best-selling portable video game system. It was the first DS console to launch with multiple colors in North America-matte black and matte blue.
sleek, folding design-loaded with features designed to create a unique gaming experience. The touch screen measures 2.5 inches. An internal microphone is placed in the center just under the top screen. SD card protected by rubber cover. A slot for the DS games is in the same spot, as previous generations. The volume button has also been changed and moved instead of it being a slider its now a button and is moved to the left top side. An LED indicator notifies you that the WiFi radio is on. Nice looking black matte finish. Another welcome feature is the new menu. It’s robust and can be returned to from any app. You will definitely happier with the larger screens. keeping it super bright will wear out the battery much faster than the DS Lite. BUT, unlike the DS Lite, it is easily adjustable. The lowest brightness (9-14 hrs), low brightness (8-12 hours), medium brightness (6-9 hours), high brightness (4-6 hours), highest brightness(3-4 hours).
The most obvious change to the Nintendo Dsi Console just from looking at it is the addition of a 3 megapixel camera. Tthe new portable device has both the obvious camera on the shell pointing at the outside world but also one on the spine that looks at the player. The photo editor is awesome. There are many nice features, and it is very easy to use. You will have so much fun while taking pictures. the DSi’s camera function seems to have so many possibilities that haven’t been opened quite yet.
Setup could not have been easier. It also comes with wireless internet access, and a DSi shoppe channel. The screen on the DSi is .Display 3.25 inches.
The SD/SDHC slot is another great feature on this device. you can still play your DS cards buying games from DSi shop. This is needed as the internal storage of the DSi is pretty slim.
the DSI is worth buying. When you count all the features that are rolled into one device, it’s a great value. f course with all these new features the price has been tacked up a wee bit. Even DS Lite owners might want to consider updating at some point. In the end, this shouldn’t be seen as a simple hardware refresh like the GBA micro but a large scale expansion of the DS platform.
